Hornwort is a great floating plant that grows quickly as it consumes excess nutrients in your tank! Capable of also being planted, this plant will stretch to the top of your tank given enough time!! Being versatile and hardy, this plant is found on every continent except Antarctica. Known for being water-cleaning plants, this species is sure to pull its weight in your tank! We keep this in most of our angelfish tanks, snail tanks, bristlenose tanks, and shrimp tanks. It provides great cover for young fish or for smaller fish in a community tank, plus it always looks great — a bright vibrant green. Hornwort does not require bright light or any fertilizer. It is truly a maintenance-free beginner plant that you do not need a green thumb to grow. We will send a nice big bunch of 15-20 stems that will grow very quickly in your aquarium.
